Position: PMO Leader
Qualifications: Bsc. Honors degree in Civil Engineering or Architect, PMP Certification is added value
Years of experience: 10 – 15 years with minimum 5 years as a PMO in construction companies
Main Duties:
• To lead the company PM team and execute PM office duties
• Supervise company projects execution
• Develop PM methodologies and standards
• Communicate with clients and stake holder issues pertaining to PMO

Position: Cost Estimator
Qualification: Bsc. Honors degree in civil or architecture
Year of Experience: 3 – 5 years in cost estimation for construction projects
Main duties:
• Tendering
• Cost estimation
• Assist in the procuring and pricing of construction items required for projects
Other Requirements:
1. Experience in the construction field is a MUST
2. Labor employment card from labor office krt. North
3. Work under pressure
4. Meet deadlines
5. Mobile (can re-allocate outside Khartoum)
6. Strong record of achievements
7. Can work, and lead a diversified team
