Position summery:
DAL Group aims to attract and recruit fresh and talented Sudanese graduates from reputable Universities, and enroll them into an extensive 24-month Graduate Development Program under its Talent Management umbrella.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Theoretical class room training, followed by on the job training across DAL Group Business Units. Upon the completion of the program - the successful candidates - will be offered employment opportunities and fast-tracked within the different Business Units.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Entry Requirements: In order to be eligible for selection to this program a Sudanese candidate must meet the following criteria:
A highly rated recent University Degree in any Discipline ( ONLY First class or Second Class Upper degree holders will be considered, please identify this CLEARLY on your application or it will be rejected) .
Degree obtained from a reputable University.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
In order to be eligible for selection to this program a candidate must meet the following criteria:
Age not more than 25.
First class or Second Class Upper degree holder.
Fluency in English.
Strong aspiration of building career within DAL.
Active participation in extracurricular activities.
Good analytical and thinking mind.
Mature and intelligent.
Fast learner with an outgoing personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
