Good knowledge and experience in water allocation modeling
strong PC based computer skills and the use of word processing spread sheet and database
excellent communication skills
good knowledge of hydrological and water resources information systems
good written and spoken Arabic and English
successfully working with minimal supervision and meeting deadlines
ability to present concise documents repeat concept papers...etc
ability to work intensively in harsh areas
Qualification Required
University degree in civil engineering environmental health or related field
Min 5 years progressive work experience in similar field preferable experience of working with INGO
